3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide access to the service area, including unlocking gates and ensuring water availability.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as loose siding, chipping paint, or weak surfaces.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to remove furniture, vehicles, or other obstructions before service begins.
5. Liability and Damages
- DTX Power Washing is not responsible for minor water intrusion, pre-existing damage, or conditions beyond our control.
- Any claims for damages must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion.
